Life has a great way of showing us how our focus can radically shift our quality of life. As children play, all manner of emotions arise- happiness, and freedom as well as resentment and frustration. One by one- compounding- called in as easily as the previous one disappeared. Flowing in balance, they rarely need adult intervention before distraction allows a new feeling to emerge... and they're playing again! When their focus is on fun, which it typically is, it's up to everyone and everything else to match their vibration, or overwhelm their frequency, in order to earn their attention.
